● Returns, exchanges and warranties
■Regarding returns and exchanges after the product has arrived Please check the contents once you receive the product.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an incorrect shipment, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days.
・Please contact us in advance when returning a product.
*Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if you return the product without contacting us first.
When returning the product, please use the original packaging material.
・We will not accept returns or exchanges if product tags, boxes, or other accessories are damaged or lost.
・Even if the item has not been used, if there is obvious signs of washing or a smell of perfume, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. In that case, we will contact you and return the item to you cash on delivery.
When returning items to our store, we ask that you pack the items in a plastic bag or similar before shipping them.
■ Regarding defective products We will check the product and then exchange or refund it.
We will only provide a refund if replacement or repair is not possible.
Defective goods will be those that are initially defective or have manufacturing defects, and we cannot consider subtle differences in color, aesthetic differences in appearance that do not interfere with use at all, or damage due to normal wear and tear to be defective goods.

[When you are not there]
If we are unable to deliver your order because you are not at home, we will leave a missed delivery notice.
Please contact us within 5 days using the contact information on the delivery slip to let us know a convenient date and time.
[About long-term absences]
If you choose cash on delivery, the storage period for deliveries in the event of your absence is one week, in accordance with Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport regulations.
If the storage period expires, your package will be returned to our store.
At this point, your order will be considered "cancelled due to long absence".
Please note that you will be responsible for the regular round-trip shipping fee and cash-on-delivery handling fee.
[If you refuse to receive a cash on delivery order (refused to receive the item)]
Please be sure to collect any products that we send to you as it is your responsibility.
If you refuse to accept the item without a valid reason or if we do not receive your contact, we will return the item to our store and consider it a "cancellation due to refusal to accept the item" and charge you the regular round-trip shipping fee and the cash-on-delivery fee.
